APPLICATION FORMS
Applications must be submitted no later than six weeks prior to your departure date in order to have time to obtain the required permission from our program officer at the U.S. Department of Education (USED). Please note that USED generally does not approve travel requests to countries for which the U.S. Department of State has issued a travel warning. This list can be found at http://travel.state.gov/travel/warnings_current.html. If the country you wish to travel to is on this list, please contact Dr. Robert Glew, CASID Director, at (517) 353-4818 prior to preparing your application.
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis. Please note that all travel for 2008-2009 grants must be completed on or before August 14, 2009.
