The Center for Advanced Study of International Development (CASID) administers Michigan State University's responsibilities for the Humphrey Fellowship Program. Humphrey coordinators, in collaboration with Faculty Mentors, help each Fellow design and implement an individualized program of graduate-level coursework and professional development activities.

How to Apply
Michigan State University does not accept or process applications for the Humphrey Program. If you are interested in applying for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program and you meet the specified criteria, you can receive an application at the U.S. Embassy, Public Affairs Section or Fulbright Commission in your country of residence.
