iEARN is a nonprofit organization made up of over 15,000 schools in 100 countries. iEARN empowers teachers and young people to work together online using the Internet and other new communications technologies. Approximately 750,000 to 1,000,000 students each day are engaged in collaborative project work worldwide. Since 1988, iEARN has pioneered online school linkages to enable students to engage in meaningful educational projects with peers in their countries and around the world.

Outreach World is a growing online community of educators dedicated to showcasing the achievements of its members and strengthening vital links across the education spectrum between the United States and the world. At the core of Outreach World are 120 federally-funded National Resource Centers (NRCs) based at 146 universities, focusing on Africa, Asia, Canada, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, the Pacific Islands and International Studies, and 42 Language Resource Centers (LRCs) and Centers for International Business and Education Research (CIBERs) based at 44 universities and dedicated to promoting foreign language study and international business.
