The Center for Advanced Study of International Development (CASID), working closely with our core faculty and advanced graduate students, arranges speakers and presentations on international issues for community college classrooms, conferences and events.

Most recently on Nov. 10, 2005, CASID and the Center for European and Russian Studies arranged a panel to speak on issues of gender in Eastern Europe at the Muskegon Community College's Global Awareness Festival.
