Kathy Hull joined the Center for Advanced Study of International Development (CASID) team in 2003 as a part-time budget specialist. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has an accounting degree from California State University at Fullerton.

After working 14 years in a CPA and/or municipal environment, she left her position of assistant finance director for the City of Seal Beach and relocated to Michigan. Using her experience in budgeting, finance, payroll and human resources, Kathy oversees the budget component of grant proposals, proposal production and other accounting and administrative support for both CASID and the Office of International Development.
